1. Advance Payment Policy
- Advance Amount: For Pre-orders, a maximum of 20% advance payment of the total product value is required. For regular online orders, a specific partial advance payment may be mandatory to confirm the order.
- Order Cancellation: Advance payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you wish to cancel an order, the advance amount may be adjusted against the purchase of other products from our store.
2. Delivery & Return Policy
- Shop/Direct Purchase: Customers are requested to check the product thoroughly in the presence of the seller or delivery personnel. Claims regarding external defects (scratches, dents, etc.) will not be accepted once the product has been received and the delivery personnel have left.
- Defects & Warranty: Products are replaceable or repairable for manufacturing defects within the specific warranty period. However, Budget Tech is not responsible for any external physical damage caused after delivery. Warranty services will be provided as per the brand’s policy.
- After Delivery Issues: In case of any quality issues observed after unboxing, you must contact our hotline within 24 hours of receiving the product.
